Holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Groups: Family reunions, clubs, special events. No rate change but we require a cash deposit and an understanding that cancellations and changes are accepted until up until one month before arrival date. After that you will be charged unless we are able to rebook the rooms or cottage. Please advise your party to make separate reservations for their room and to identify themselves as part of the group.
